LEXINGTON PARK, MD. — St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron has his Hobos & Hooker Squad on the job in Sin City.

Police report that on July 22, 2014, Deputy Al Beishline observed Anthony Charles Wright, 45, of Lexington Park, on the property of St. Mary’s Square after having been served a no trespass notice for the property. Wright was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Trespass Private Property.

Train hitchhiker hurt in fall; lessons needed in riding the rails

According to the PIO of the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, at 6:14 pm, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company (JMVFC) was alerted for a patient who suffered a traumatic injury located on the CSX railroad tracks between Clayton Road and Raspe Lane in Joppa, Harford County.

When personnel arrived, they found an 18 year old male on the side of the tracks. All rail traffic was stopped. Paramedics and Firefighters quickly stabilized the seriously injured patient.

Hooker Patrol: not all pimps are nice guys; Germaine J. Wiggins busted for kidnapping, prostituion

Maryland State Police report that an Allegany County man was arrested yesterday in Cecil County on human trafficking and related charges after two women who had been traveling with him said they were being held against their will.

The suspect is identified as Germaine J. Wiggins, 34, who is also known to use the name Prince & Mack Luxury, of Frostburg, Md. He is charged with two counts each of human trafficking/benefit financially, human trafficking/explicit perform, prostitution, and kidnapping. He is being held in the Cecil County Detention Center without bond.

ALCOHOL VIOLATION – According to St. Mary’s County Md. Sheriff Tim Cameron, on June 11, 2014, Sergeant Clay Safford assigned to the Hobos & Hookers Patrol (Lexington Park COPs UNIT), observed suspect David Lee Garrison, 57, of no fixed address, on St. Mary’s County government property (bus stop on Tulagi Place) consuming an alcoholic beverage.

Garrison was charged with the alcohol violation by criminal citation and was given a new address at the Hotel St. Mary’s.

Court records reveal that Garrison has a record spanning nearly twenty years of criminal assault, DWI, drug possession, malicious destruction of property, trespassing and many convictions mixed with various charges dropped by St. Mary’s States Attorney

A subsequent search of Clark’s cell phone revealed that it contained photos of both the minor victim, and Crawford used on the Internet website’s commercial sex advertisements. At Robinson’s direction, Clark transported the minor victim to motels, stores and restaurants in the Towson, Maryland area. One of the motel rooms used by the victim, Crawford, and Judy was registered to Clark. Phone records show that Robinson’s cell phone was in contact with the victim’s phone 45 times between June 12 and June 19, 2013; and with Clark’s phone 18 times between June 15 and June 19, 2013.
