Bogachev, thought to be at large in Russia, has been under indictment in the United States in connection with his alleged role as administrator of the GameOver Zeus botnet, believed to be responsible for the theft of more than $100 million from businesses and consumers in the U.S. and around the world. GameOver Zeus was an extremely sophisticated type of malware designed specifically to steal banking and other credentials from the computers it infected by either secretly logging keystrokes for passwords or creating false webpages where victims would unwittingly enter banking information and passwords.

In the middle of the Roundhouse is the 60′ turntable. It was used to position passenger cars in an available bay for necessary repairs and work. By the 1920s passenger cars became increasingly longer and the Roundhouse’s usefulness was limited due to the small size of the turntable. Subsequently the building was used less and less. The building was saved from demolition when it became the centerpiece of the Baltimore and Ohio Transportation Museum in 1953 and housed the B&O Railroad’s historic collection of locomotives and rolling stock.

Sunday Fishtackular; Scraps from the Fish Table

The bowfishing rig has been mostly used to shoot and retrieve trash floating in the canal. Though I have yet to shoot any invasive species of trash fish, I have become the top killer of trash in the Upper Keys.

Plastic bags and floating coconuts have been my main quarry. But, I am looking forward to hunting Tilapia in the freshwater canals of the agricultural Everglades flood districts

CHRISTMAS THOUGHTS FROM A MARINE

Upon returning my fourth deployment with the marines from Camp Lejeune, I had orders to Vietnam and spent 1965 as an advisor to a Vietnamese infantry battalion near the demilitarized Zone. By the time that I left Vietnam, I was a captain. Christmas was just another day, although the rear areas celebrated in one fashion or another. 1968 found me back in Vietnam first as a company commander in 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines and later as the operations officer. We were in the field for Christmas working with Vietnamese troops. I think that we did have a hot meal, but I am not sure. It was just another day. I do recall that one of the units had some type of Christmas tree and it was decorated with soda and beer cans along with other elements that could be found in a combat area. We got a big kick out of it. I still have a picture of it in one of my scrap books. Humor and relief is where you find it.
