Further investigation indicated the driver was on her way to a private school in Montgomery County to pick up students for a field trip to Washington, D.C. It is not known where she was driving from. The bus was registered to Mr. Tim’s Bus Rides, of Owings Mills, Md. The owner responded to the scene and took custody of the bus.
Detectives believe that Holmes and the victim, 22-year-old Christopher Allen Hagerman, knew each other. The investigation has indicated that Holmes shot Hagerman during an interaction that they were having.

Roger Benfield was charged with one count of having an interest in a gaming table, one count of keeping a gaming table at the Brass Rail Sports Bar, and one count of perpetrating a theft scheme having a value more than $100,000.00. Charles “Dickie” Gatton was charged with one count of having an interest in a gaming table, one count of permitting a gaming table to be kept at the Brass Rail, and one count of perpetrating a theft scheme having a value between $10,000.00 and $100,000.00. Hilda Mae Gatton was charged with one count of having an interest in a gaming table and one count of perpetrating a theft scheme having a value between $10,000.00 and $100,000.00.
Prince William County Police report that on February 24th at 9:53AM, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began a joint investigation with Child Protective Services into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 4000 block of Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge, Va., between September 1st and November 28th of 2014. The investigation revealed that the victims, now a 16-year-old female juvenile and 14-year-old female juvenile, were sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, on more than one occasion during that time frame. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

WILIMINGTON, DEL. — It was party time at Club Lavish, a splendid club in the Wild West town of DEADWOOD or as they call it in Delaware – Wilmington. Police say that on Feb. 21, 2015 at about 1:30 am, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Union Street, Club Lavish, regarding a disorderly crowd fighting.
Frazier was found to be armed with a HW 38 revolver on his person, as well as 5 grams of packaged marijuana. Frazier was taken into custody without incident. Burgos was found to be in possession of 4.0 grams of crack-cocaine on his person, along with 26 grams of packaged marijuana
