The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim and the suspects became involved in an argument in the parking lot of Greek Village Carryout. During the argument, the suspects beat the victim with an unknown object.
On 6 September 2014 a deputy from the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office took David Andrews into custody and transported him to the Wicomico Detention Center. Andrews was being sought on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he violated his probation in a Possession of Child Pornography case.
Andrews was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
