Governor Larry Hogan today announced the start of a study that will identify the location and explore potential funding options for a new Chesapeake Bay crossing. The $5 million “Tier 1 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)” Study, which was voted on and approved by the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Board last week, will begin this fall and take up to 48 months to complete.

Several motorists were stopped, tested and some were arrested. Others were cited for various violations and a few appeared to be suspected of drug possession.
“If people could see what the banner plane pilots see they would not go into the water,” King adds. “Boats chum them up but not anymore than they already are. The area in front of Rehoboth Beach is a popular place to fish for them.”
