Hayward was Suspended and Revoked through the State of Maryland. Hayward admitted to using CDS, specifically LSD, before operating the motor vehicle. The vehicle Hayward was operating was searched and multiple blue packages of suspected Heroin were located. Hayward was placed under arrest. ST. INIGOES, MD. – St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that an argument over a lost welfare card resulted in fisticuffs and handcuffs.
According to the Sheriff, on July 20, 2015, Deputy Roszell responded to the 15000 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes, for a reported assault. The victim reported he was involved in an argument with a relative over a lost Independence card when he was assaulted by suspect Patrick Shawn Dowell, 25, of St. Inigoes.

According to court documents, Pyndell ran an organization that distributed over 280 grams of cocaine base to customers in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Through his organization, Pyndell employed individuals as runners to deliver drugs to his customers and to return cash to him.

Alioto reports that Detectives continue to investigate prescription fraud incidents involving a group of individuals attempting to obtain “Promethazine-Codeine” known on the street as “Purple Drank”.
