In the course of investigating the odor, the crews forced entry into a first floor apartment to conduct a search for occupants and a source of the odor. They made access to the rear of the apartment, locating a bathroom where they observed a hand written sign on the door stating “Danger! Requires hazamat [sic] suit!!” The crews made entry into the bathroom and removed a 30 year old male from the bathroom to hallway. Upon assessment, the patient was determined to be deceased. The crew exited the apartment and requested the response of the Hazardous Materials Team while completing the evacuation of the apartment building.

LEONARDTOWN, MD. (Sept. 2, 2014) — St. Mary’s Sheriff’s deputies have placed fresh charges of burglary against a pair of local miscreants who both have long records of arrests and equally long records of dropped charges by St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz.
Police report that on June 28, 2014, Sheriff’s Office patrol units responded to a private residence on St. Jerome’s Neck Rd. in Dameron, Maryland, for the report of a burglary. Deputies determined unknown culprit(s) forced entry to the victim’s residence by breaking a window and stole various property belonging to the victim.
According to the nine-count indictment, from January 2013 until around July 2014, Simon was the chief medical director, and often the primary or only medical doctor, at WithinMe MD, a wellness practice in Arlington. From November 2008 until July 2014, Simon’s medical license was restricted by the Virginia Board of Medicine after having either been suspended or placed on probation. Simon’s license was summarily suspended on July 11, 2014.
Around 2:07 a.m. on Monday, September 1, police were called to the 6000 block of Bellview Drive in the Culmore area, for a report of a suspicious person.
Upon arrival, police discovered the body of an adult male in a parking lot with trauma to the upper body.
But one of the men along with the woman ran from the store, headed south through Penny Lane Mall, Lt. Sullivan says. The third suspect with the jewelry in his possession also fled, but he ran west on Rehoboth Avenue after a brief struggle with the clerk who attempted to restrain him by holding his shirt.
He is described as a black man about 6′ tall with short hair in his mid to late 30’s. He wore a dark purple polo shirt and dark-colored dress pants. Police described the second suspect as a black male with short hair about 6′ tall, average build, wearing a blue polo shirt with horizontal stripes and dark-colored dress pants. The third suspect is a black female who was about 5′ 6″ and wearing a wig with hair that was tampered to the collar. She wore a brown shirt and slacks.
Police report that Billy Willfred Morlong 3rd, 43, of Leonardtown, approached Tpr. Quase’s marked police car and requested that he move his patrol vehicle so he could back out. Tpr. Quase advised Mr. Morlong that it would be a minute before he finished the traffic stop. Mr. Morlong returned to his vehicle, then exited a short time later and requested Tpr. Quase to move his vehicle again because he was late for work. Tpr. Quase then observed Morlong attempting to back out of the parking lot and observed the bumper of his vehicle strike his patrol vehicle. Tpr. Quase informed Morlong that he struck his marked patrol car, however, Morlong drove away from the scene.
This latest data underscores the continued calls for Maryland and Virginia to correct and update its current system to ensure flagrant dual registrations and other paths to fraudulent electoral behaviors are eliminated. When one considers that this joint endeavor by two states identified close to 44,000 dual registrations the full impact of our “mobile society” is certain to have a negative bearing on 48 other states.
The operator, Mark Jason Jastram, 29, of Hurlock had been driving his vessel back to his home port when he was thrown from the vessel for unknown reasons. Further investigation revealed that Jastram had been consuming alcoholic beverages prior to operating the vessel. Jastram failed field sobriety testing and refused a breath test for alcohol concentration. He was subsequently charged with operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol, operating a vessel while impaired by alcohol, and negligent operation of a vessel. A trial date has been set for November 19 in Dorchester County District Court.
