Severna Park: Cops say Robert Knickbocker gave a great show at Taco Bell with his own special DWI hell

Upon arrival, officers observed a Mercedes 300D with the operator blowing the horn repeatedly. Upon making contact with that driver, identified as Robert Knickerbocker, officers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the operator’s breath and noticed that his eyes were glassy and his speech was mumbled and slurred. The operator exited the vehicle and identified himself as a police officer with the Maryland Natural Resources Police.

Warrant Service / Possession of Suboxone: On 6/10/14 at 7:04 pm, Trooper Palumbo responded to the Parole and Probation Office on Duke St. to serve a warrant. During the arrest, Matthew Wayne Wiegand, of Lusby, was found to be in possession of Suboxone. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Williams, 61, of Ambleside Drive, Elkton and owner of Total Resource Fire and Safety had performed maintenance on the grill extinguishing system as well as servicing fire extinguishers located throughout the restaurant on June 2, 2014.
