Jose Salome Martinez-Martinez busted for DUI and smacked cop when placed in cuffs

WOODBRIDGE, VA. – This perfect example of why some folks shouldn’t drink played out on Christmas Eve when a Prince William County Police Officer pulled a boozedroid over for allegedly driving drunk.  Not only was the dipstick driving DUI but he told the cop to get lost, that he wasn’t getting out of his vehicle and then smacked the cop when being fitted for bracelets.

Police say that on December 24th at 2:27AM, an officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge.

During the encounter, the officer determined the driver, later identified as the accused, was driving while intoxicated. When the officer instructed the accused to exit the vehicle, the accused refused to comply. The officer then attempted to handcuff the accused, at which point the accused struck the officer several times with his hands and fist. The officer then had to use physical force to detain the accused. The accused was subsequently arrested without further incident. During the investigation, the officer also determined that the accused was driving without an operator’s license. No injuries were reported.

Charged with assault and battery on a LEO, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, driving without a license

Police say that on December 25th at 12:09AM, officers responded to the 2800 block of Bowes Ln in Woodbridge to investigate a domestic dispute. The victims, a 20 year old female and 24 year old male, both of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a known acquaintance, which escalated outside of the above referenced location.

During the encounter, the male victim was struck multiple times by the accused with her hands, and at one point, the accused scratched the male victim with her nails. When the female victim attempted to intervene, the accused struck her multiple times with her hands and then pressed her nails into the shoulder of the female victim. When police arrived the accused ran inside the residence. The accused was subsequently detained by police and arrested without incident. Minor injuries were reported.

Cops: Juan likes to shove women down stairwells and hit kids as run-up for Christmas Day

WOODBRIDGE, VA. – Prince William County Police report that on December 24th at 9:17PM, officers responded to the 1900 block of Gableridge Turn in Woodbridge to investigate an alleged domestic dispute.

The victim, a 36 year old female of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, had a verbal altercation which escalated.  During the altercation, the victim attempted to leave the residence, which was located on the second floor of a condominium building. The accused followed the victim outside and when the victim approached the stairwell, the accused pushed victim causing her to fall down a flight of stairs. After the accused pushed the adult female down the stairwell, the accused also attempted to push a second victim, a 14 year female juvenile of Woodbridge, also a known acquaintance, down the stairwell.  The juvenile held on to the hand rail and when the accused was not able to push the juvenile down the stairs, he proceeded to hit the juvenile in the head with his hands. When police arrived at the above referenced location the accused was arrested without incident. The adult victim was transported to an area hospital where she was treated and released for minor injuries. No further injuries were reported.

WOODBRIDGE, VA.  – Bust a woman in the chops, choke her and then run like a coward. That’s the way the cops report this bozo’s great Christmas adventure but while the cops were on the scene, the guy returned – driving drunk.

On December 25th at 1:27AM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Arkansas St in Woodbridge to investigate a domestic dispute.  The victim, a 44 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim by throat and strangled her until the victim was able to escape from the hold of the accused. After the encounter, the accused departed from the scene in a vehicle. The accused then returned to the residence while police were on scene. After the accused returned, police determined the accused was driving while intoxicated. The accused was subsequently arrested without incident.  Minor injuries were reported. Undocumented Shopper at Saks 5th Ave. Stuffed Stuff in her Bag and then Maces Clerk as she fled

WOODBRIDGE, VA. – It’s a tough job to go out and shoplift without nosy clerks wondering what one is stuffing in their own personal shoplifting bags.

Prince William County Police report that n December 23rd at 12:15PM, officers responded to Saks 5th Ave, located at 2300 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge, Va., to investigate a robbery.

A loss prevention employee, of Saks, reported to police that an unknown woman, later identified as the accused, concealed items in a bag she was carrying while inside the store, and then exited the without paying for the items she had placed inside the bag.

The employee followed the woman outside to the parking lot area of the store, at which time he identified himself as a loss prevention employee and requested that the accused return to the store. The woman followed the employee to the doorway of the store at which point she removed a can of pepper spray from the jacket she was wearing and sprayed the employee in the face. After spraying the employee, the woman fled from the area on foot. The employee was able to retrieve the items from the employee prior to her departure from the store. During the investigation, officers obtained video surveillance that led to the identity of the accused.  No injuries were reported. Darnesha Michelle White, of 2714 Shipley Terrace, SE, Washington, D.C. was identified as the suspect and is on the lam.

Residential Burglary – On December 25, 2014 at 4:52PM, officers responded to the 2900 block of Hickory Creek Court in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:30AM and 4:45PM. Entry was made into the garage area of the residence through an open garage door.  There were no signs of entry into the residence. A wallet, credit cards and an undisclosed amount of US Currency, valued around $40, were reported as missing.
