Dover Police Beat: Do-Rag Bandit holds up Latino store – Hasta la Vista Hombres

At approximately 12:54PM, a black male suspect wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black do-rag on his head entered the Tienda Latina Spanish Food Mart. The suspect pointed what was described as a silver handgun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied, giving the suspect an undisclosed sum of money. The suspect then fled southbound towards Townsend Boulevard.

Southern Md. Police Beat: Troopers charge two in burglary

LEXINGTON PARK, MD (Sept. 16, 2014) – Sgt. Jeff Jones of the Maryland State Police reports that two St. Mary’s County men were charged with breaking into a business and purloining various electronic equipment.

During the month of July 2014, patrol troopers from the Leonardtown Barrack responded to a commercial establishment, located in Lexington Park, St Mary’s County, MD for a reported burglary. On 9/3/14, Deputy Hamilton arrested Romeo Patterson, 38, from Caroline Co, for Possession of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance With the Intent to Distribute and served on a felony warrant. The arrest occurred in the Food Lion (Tidewater Trail) parking lot.

Graves, Johnson, Armstrong, Allison, Linder and Lunkin were correctional officers (COs) at the BCDC who smuggled contraband into the jail for distribution by BGF inmates. Graves smuggled Percocet, marijuana and tobacco into the jail from 2011 to 2013 on behalf of BGF leader Tavon White. Graves acted in concert with other correctional officers. Johnson admitted that she smuggled drugs such as Percocet, into the jail.

Allison admitted that she worked with other COs to smuggle drugs such as Suboxone and other prescription pills as well as marijuana, into the jail. Allison knew other inmates and COs who were involved in smuggling, and in sexual relationships. Armstrong admitted that he smuggled prescription pills, marijuana, cell phones and tobacco into the jail from 2011 to 2012. Armstrong acted in concert with Allison and other correctional officers.
