Spotsylvania County Virginia Sheriff reports the following Arrests September 1, 2014 – September 7, 2014
Theft
On 9/5/14, Detective Rickens arrested the following suspects pursuant to an investigation into a major Breaking and Entering of a residence in the Western part of the County:
1) Paul White, 27; Breaking & Entering, Conspiracy to Commit B&E, Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny, Commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell the property, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell
2) John Richardson, 27; Breaking & Entering, Conspiracy to Commit B&E, Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny, Commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell the property, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell
3) Blake Brightwood, 28; Breaking & Entering, Conspiracy to Commit B&E, Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny, Commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell the property, Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny with the intent to sell and Obtaining money by false pretense for pawing stolen jewelry.
On 9/2/14, Deputy Lamont arrested Kevin Henderson, 18 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting at Kohl’s.
Assault
On 9/7/14, Deputy Hansinger arrested Dylan Six, 21 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery. The incident took place in the 6000 block of Sunlight Mountain Rd.
On 9/4/14, Deputy Kcraget arrested Devante Staton, 19 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery, Breaking and Entering and Abduction in the 9300 block of Birch Cliff Drive.
DUI
On 9/5/14, Deputy Love arrested Taylor Keister, 23 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Possession of Brass Knuckles, and Refusal in the area of Coventry Creek Dr. and Lee Hill School Dr.
On 9/5/14, Sr. Deputy Woodard arrested Daniel Mendoza, 54 of Spotsylvania for DUI at Twin Springs Dr. and Harrison Rd.
On 9/5/14, Deputy Smeal arrested Patrick Baden, 26 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Refusal in the area of River bend High School.
On 9/5/14, Deputy Hodges arrested Heather Puckett, 34 of Orange County for DUID resulting from an accident which occurred in the presence of Deputy Hodges on Falcon Dr.
Narcotics
On 9/6/14, Deputy Morris charged Travis Cox, 21 of Spotsylvania with Possession of Paraphernalia, (needle, spoon) and Reckless Driving by speed in the area of Ryland Payne Rd. and Courthouse Rd.
On 9/6/14, Deputy Trippett arrested Matthew Elder, 30 of Spotsylvania and Lauren Perry, 24 of Fredericksburg for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (hypodermic needle). The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Spotsylvania Pkwy.
On 9/5/14, Deputy Jones arrested Jonathan Lyons, 18 of Prince William County with Possession of Marijuana in the area of 3600 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 9/4/14, Deputy Basil released Jaymonie Wallace, 19 of Ruther Glen on a summons for Possession of Marijuana stemming from a call of suspicious activity in the area of 11200 block of Girven Court.
On 9/3/14, Deputy Greene arrested Brandon Johnson, 25 of Caroline for Possession of Marijuana on I-95 at the 125 mile marker.
On 9/3/14, Deputy Greene arrested Brian Johnson, 32 of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana on Jefferson Davis Hwy. and Market St.
On 9/3/14, Sgt. Curtis arrested Joseph Cooper, 25 of Falmouth, in the area of Harrison Rd. and Kingswood Blvd., with Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop.
On 9/3/14, Deputy Hamilton arrested David Washington, 48 of Spotsylvania, for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Wawa on Falcon Dr.
On 9/3/14, Deputy Hamilton arrested Hope Bowers, 25 of Spotsylvania, for Possession of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Suspended. Additionally, Rebecca Conley, 44 of Spotsylvania and Chase Furrow, 32 of Caroline Co, were arrested for Possession of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrests stemmed from a traffic stop on Market St.
On 9/3/14, Deputy Hamilton arrested Romeo Patterson, 38 from Caroline Co, for Possession of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance With the Intent to Distribute and served on a felony warrant. The arrest occurred in the Food Lion (Tidewater Trail) parking lot.
On 9/3/14, Detective Lettner arrested Robin Rosas, 30 from Spotsylvania, in the area of the Bottom Dollar, Breezewood for the Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic.
On 9/2/14, Sergeant Assur arrested Christopher Fey, 39 of Stafford for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny. The incident occurred at the Giant located at 5701 Plank Rd.
On 9/2/14, Sergeant Assur arrested Michael Hughes, 32 of Stafford for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. The incident occurred at the Giant located at 5701 Plank Rd.
On 9/2/14, Deputy Hodges arrested Christine Wright, 27 of no fixed address for felony Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, and felony Attempt to Obtain Money by False Pretenses. The incident occurred at the Giant located at 5701 Plank Rd.
Arrests
On 9/7/14, Deputy Coerper arrested Jose Zamorano, 40 of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication. The incident took place in the 11500 block of Karlene Ct.
On 09/03/14, Detectives arrested Lisa Marie Hawkins, 35 in the area of the Econo Lodge, for outstanding warrants from Stafford and Spotsylvania. Deputy Hamilton also charged here with Possession of Cocaine.
