Assault
On 01/27/2018, Deputy Brooks arrested Heidi Strange (27) of Spotsylvania for Malicious Wounding resulting from a stabbing in the 5700 block of Partlow Road.
On 02/01/2018, Deputy K McGinnis arrested Wayne Lawrence (36) of Spotsylvania for domestic assault and battery and possession of marijuana.
Narcotics
On 01/30/2018, Deputy Buccola issued a summons to Aaron Willingham (23) of Orange for possession of marijuana.
Theft
On 01/26/2018, Deputy Hager arrested Nickolas Mathis (33) of Laurel MD, for two counts of Felony Forgery and two counts of Felony False Pretenses.
On 01/26/2018, Deputy Fuller arrested Jonathan Cook (18) of Spotsylvania for two counts of Grand Larceny.
On 02/01/2018, Deputy E. Brown arrested Daniel Madsen (34) of no fixed address for Shoplifting at Kohls.
DUI
On 01/26/2018, Deputy Northrop arrested Javier Gomez (32) of Fredericksburg for DUI and refusal to submit a breath sample in the area of Traveler’s Row.
On 02/01/2018, Deputy S. Jurgens arrested Benjamin Swann (38) of Stafford for DUI in the area of 10600 Courthouse Rd.

On 01/26/2018, Deputy S. Norris arrested Jaime Winette Swadis (41) of Fredericksburg on sixteen Capias warrants out of Spotsylvania County Circuit Court.
On 01/26/2018, Deputy S. Norris arrested Troy Lynn Whittaker Jr. (25) of Spotsylvania on a probation violation.
On 01/26/2018, Deputy S. Norris arrested Nelson Riggin Bowler (60) of Spotsylvania on a Failure to Appear out of Spotsylvania General District Court.
On 01/27/2018, Deputy S. Norris arrested Derrick Bowles (39) of Spotsylvania on three felony warrants for Forgery and Obtaining Money by False Pretense. Bowles was also served on warrants from Fredericksburg, Prince William County, and Montgomery County Maryland.
On 01/27/2018, Deputy S. Norris served Dana Eckler (53) of Spotsylvania on a permitted warrant for Failure to Appear.
On 01/27/2018, Deputy McGinnis arrested Ismael Valenzo (21), Jason Valenzo (25), Tomas Valenzo (27) and Manuel Beristain Morales (36) of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication in the Timbers Subdivision.
On 1/28/2018, Deputy W. Schroeder arrested Stephon Jarger (34) of King George for public intoxication in the 5300 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 01/28/2018, Deputy Hager arrested Larry Strothers (38) of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication at Durango’s Restaurant.
On 01/29/2018, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Nicholas Shields (50) of Waldorf, MD on a Capias out of Spotsylvania JDR Court.
On 01/29/2018, Deputy S. Norris arrested Carmelo Sanchez III (30) of Spotsylvania on a misdemeanor warrant for Obtaining Money by False Pretenses.
