The Dover Police Department responded to 16 shoplifting calls between Noon on September 3rd and Noon on September 10th. Of those 16 shoplifting complaints, six are still under investigation, two were unfounded, and 9 arrests/warrants obtained were made in 8 cases. One juvenile and 8 adult arrests were made.
