William Bradford Bishop, Jr., wanted for the brutal murders of his wife, mother, and three sons in Maryland nearly four decades ago, has been named to the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading directly to the arrest of Bishop, a highly intelligent former U.S. Department of State employee who investigators believe may be hiding in plain sight.

When Victim One and a woman came out of a house, Walker and Matthews approached them, and Walker shot Victim One with the Colt .25 caliber semi-automatic handgun, striking Victim One multiple times. The victim survived the shooting.
On April 20, 2014, at approximately 2 a.m. Ofc. Laughlin was on patrol in the area of 30th Street and Coastal Highway when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Using LIDAR technology, he determined that the vehicle was traveling faster than the posted speed limit. Ofc. Laughlin stopped the vehicle and smelled marijuana coming from inside. During a search of the vehicle, officers located marijuana and a stun gun.

Morrison was a BGF member and in pretrial custody at BCDC from 2012 to 2013. He was involved with and often directed the smuggling of cell phones, tobacco, marijuana, and drugs into BCDC through other correctional officers who received payments, gifts, or a share of the profits. Morrison had sexual relations with at least one of the correctional officers involved with contraband trafficking. He also helped conceal from prison officials contraband smuggled into the jail.
Comptroller Peter Franchot today announced that members of his Field Enforcement Division arrested a man from New Jersey and three men from New York accused of bringing loads of cigarettes from Virginia into Maryland. The men were arrested during a sting operation conducted from April 15 to 18 in Worcester County. Agents seized a total of 24,750 packs of contraband cigarettes and three vehicles. The seized cigarettes are valued at more than $159,000.
“Cigarette smuggling not only takes revenue out of state coffers but also makes cigarettes easily accessible to young people,” said Comptroller Franchot. “I am delighted my agents made these arrests and will prosecute the smugglers to the fullest extent of the law,” he added
Suspect Lawrence Edward Keister (Age 45 of Lexington Park) was identified as a distributor of pills and detectives were able to purchase “oxycodone” from him. He was charged accordingly
Police were dispatched to a home in the unit block of Rocky Brook Court, 21244, at 11:55 p.m. Sunday for a report of shots fired. They found Michael Jefferson Jr., of the unit block of Rocky Brook Court, dead in his home of apparent multiple gunshot wounds
