Woodlawn, Md. Baltimore County police report that Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death last night of a 39-year-old Woodlawn man.
Police were dispatched to a home in the unit block of Rocky Brook Court, 21244, at 11:55 p.m. Sunday for a report of shots fired. They found Michael Jefferson Jr., of the unit block of Rocky Brook Court, dead in his home of apparent multiple gunshot wounds. (The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the manner and cause of death.)
There were no signs of forced entry, and detectives are working to determine whether this was a crime involving people who knew one another. The investigation is ongoing.
