Salisbury Police Department officers responded to an emergency call at the victim’s residence, shortly after 3:30 a.m. today. Officers found the victim with blood on him, lying in the entrance to the home. He was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

BALTIMORE, MD. With a soaring homicide rate for 2015 at 38 percent over 2014 thus far this year and murders reaching close to the 100 mark for the year, Baltimore nearly doubled the murder rate for the Bahamas. The vessel was holding about 14,000 pounds of croaker and other species of fish, many appearing to be undersized. Approximately 3,500 pounds—or 25 percent—of the catch were found to be undersized. Those fish were seized and returned to the water.
