LEONARDTOWN, MD. – Some courtrooms and churches have signs that ban spitting, cussing, eating, smoking or drinking in courts and churches. Apparently the District Court in St. Mary’s County needs one that says not to threaten the witness. Police say that on July 7, 2015, Deputy Schultz was present in District Court in Leonardtown, when he observed a male subject, later identified as Michael Aguedo Torres, 39, of Abell, acting in a strange manner.
According to court documents, Pyndell ran an organization that distributed over 280 grams of cocaine base to customers in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Through his organization, Pyndell employed individuals as runners to deliver drugs to his customers and to return cash to him.
