Virginia State Police Beat: Bloxum VRS ambulance driver blows red light; crashes into bus and kills patient

The Bloxum Volunteer Rescue squad was traveling southbound Route 13 in a 2013 Chevy ambulance. The rescue squad vehicle was transporting a patient, with lights and sirens activated, when the driver drove through the red light at the Route 180 intersection. Upon driving through the intersection, the ambulance struck a 2013 Ford Star Transit Bus causing the ambulance to lose control and overturn several times.

“The victim went upstairs to a bedroom to get away from White. White followed the victim into the room and looked the door. The victim repeatedly tried to get out of the room only to be grabbed by White. The victim eventually made it to a window and was able to yell for help. A witness heard the victim’s screams for help and kicked in the door. The witness located the victim being held back by White.

Murder USA: former murder suspect Pierre Rafael Edwards shot dead in Glenarden in broad daylight

Prince Georges Police report that Edwards joined the ranks of the recently dead on May 30, 2015, at about 5:00 pm. Police patrol officers with the Glenarden and Prince George’s County Police Departments were called to the 2800 block of Hornbeam Court for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Edwards outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Prince William County Police Beat: Cops a real pain to over one hundred druggies in Manassas

Operation “Growing Pains” officially began in February of this year and focused more on the younger demographic abusing drugs in our community rather than specific drugs. Through the course of the operation undercover detectives conducted dealings involving cocaine, LSD, psilocybin, pharmaceutical pills, marijuana and concentrated marijuana “wax”. As a result, detectives obtained warrants for 26 individuals, 19 of which are now in custody. In addition to the arrests, detectives also executed search warrants at 4 different target locations.

Detectives are also investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in the 2900 block of Boones Lane in Forestville. Two suspects demanded cash from an employee on May 19th at about 11:15 pm. Maryland State Police Beat: the bozos of the boulevards were picked clean by Maryland cops over Memorial Day; 6,843 tickets issued with 99 for DUI

During this four day weekend over 9,500 vehicles were stopped by troopers across the state. Preliminary statistics revealed approximately 6,843 traffic citations were issued along with approximately 4,764 warnings. In addition, 99 motorists were arrested for impaired driving, 28 people were arrested for various drug offenses and 72 were arrested for various criminal violations.
