According to Montgomery County, Maryland, Police, charges are pending in a teenage booze cruise that left two dead, others injured and the teenage driver of the vehicle that became this year’s poster child for not drinking at teen parties and then driving crashed into a fence at a high rate of speed. Pat Joseph Carroll of North Augusta, South Carolina, arrested 6-8-15 for Possession of Suspected Adderall pills and Drug Paraphernalia. Carroll was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in Princess Anne where Deputies conducted a probable cause search on Carroll’s truck where they recovered suspected Adderall pills (that were not his prescription) and other drug paraphernalia.
Maryland State Police from the Frederick Barrack issued 230 speeding citations, made 5 DUI arrests and 6 Drug arrests.
