Icenhower has heroin charges pending against him in Charles County Circuit Court and a bonafide free attorney paid for by the taxpayers, Derrick C. Icenhower was sentenced to 18 months in jail and probation for 5 years after he entered a guilty plea on April 28, 2016, to conspiracy to first-degree burglary in Charles County Circuit Court following an indictment by the Charles County Circuit Court Grand Jury. After violating his probation, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on May 8, 2017.
