Driver had his Lyon’s share of booze before driving
SALISBURY, MD. Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports that on 15 October 2014 at 12:01 PM, a deputy stopped to check on an individual stopped on the side of the road in the 8000 block of Hickory Mill Rd. Upon approaching the operator, John Ellsworth Lyon Jr., 68, of Salisbury, Md., the deputy observed indications that led the deputy to surmise that Lyon was under the influence of alcohol. The deputy also observed that while Lyon was sitting behind the wheel, the engine was also on. Following the conclusion of sobriety testing, the deputy placed Lyon under arrest for DUI. Lyon was processed at the Sheriff’s Office which included the administration of a breath test. Lyon was released upon the issuance of citations.
Hampton Police report that Curry has been arrested and charged with three counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor, one count of Object Sexual Penetration and three counts of Forcible Sodomy. He remains in custody at the Hampton City Jail.
At approximately noon Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, a search team located human remains on abandoned property in southern Albemarle County. Albemarle County Police, City of Charlottesville Police and Virginia State Police have spent the afternoon preserving the scene and processing evidence.
“At about 12 p.m. Saturday, a team of volunteers with the Chesterfield County, Va., Sheriff’s Office was searching an abandoned property along Old Lynchburg Road when they discovered the remains. The remains will be transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Richmond for examination, autopsy and identification.
“Right now we have the discovery of human remains and a great deal of work ahead of us,” said Col. Steve Sellers, Albemarle County Police chief. “We cannot and will not jump to any conclusions regarding today’s discovery. I ask for the public’s patience as we move forward and pursue what is now a new, ongoing death investigation.”
VALLEY LEE, MD. The person said Biden had failed a urinalysis test administered in June 2013 before he was discharged from the Navy
A search of the residence revealed suspected heroin, suspected prescription pills, suspected marijuana, working digital scales, packaging materials, a .22 caliber rifle, $366.00 in U.S currency and evidence of long term cocaine packaging from in and around the residence.
This case was the result of a three month long investigation into the distribution of cocaine from the residence by Snyder.
