STEVENSVILLE, MD. (Oct. 16, 2014) — Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hoffman reports that on Oct. 3, 2014, the Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force conducted a raid on the residence of William White Snyder, 37, of Stevensville and arrested him on a variety of drug charges.
The task force, assisted by uniformed deputies from the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office, uniformed troopers from the Centreville Barrack, Officers from the Queen Anne’s County Animal Control and an investigator from CED assigned at the Centreville Barrack served a knock and announce search warrant at 102 Davidson Drive Stevensville, MD. Entry into the residence was made through an open door.
A search of the residence revealed suspected heroin, suspected prescription pills, suspected marijuana, working digital scales, packaging materials, a .22 caliber rifle, $366.00 in U.S currency and evidence of long term cocaine packaging from in and around the residence.
This case was the result of a three month long investigation into the distribution of cocaine from the residence by Snyder.
Snyder was charged with the Possession of Cocaine with the intent to distribute, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of marijuana less than ten grams, the possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in nexus to a drug trafficking crime.
Snyder was released after a $15,000 bail was posted.
