Detectives from Montgomery County Police’s Major Crimes Division-Homicide Section are investigating a death that was discovered this afternoon in the 14600 block of King Lear Court in the Bel Pre area of Silver Spring.
At 3:36 p.m. the Emergency Communications Center received a call for a possible death in a residence located in the 14600 block of King Lear Court. 4th District officers responded and found a deceased male in his thirties within the residence. He had trauma to his upper body. The victim was found by a relative and is believed to have resided at the residence.
Detectives are treating this death as a homicide.
