THIS IS SERIOUS! Cops even seized all his pricey electronics purchased with the alleged ill-gotten gains of his drug business.
LEONARDTOWN, MD. — According to St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Capt. Daniel Alioto, Vice/Narcotics detectives, working with Inspectors from the United States Postal Inspection Service, identified a possible package arriving in St. Mary’s County from the State of California containing a large quantity of marijuana.
A Hollywood, Maryland residence was identified as the destination and Jason Andrew Junge, 25, was identified as the target to which the drugs were sent.
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, K-9 deputies and Inspectors from the United States Postal Inspection Service executed a search and search warrant obtained by detectives.
Upon execution of a search and seizure warrant, law enforcement officers discovered more than one pound of high grade marijuana (street value of approximately $12, 600.00), mushrooms, hashish, over $7,300 in cash, approximately $240.00 in counterfeit currency, scales, packaging paraphernalia and evidence of other large shipments which were previously delivered to the home.
Detectives also seized other alleged proceeds of Suspect Junge’s drug distribution operation to include multiple electronics. Suspect Junge was arrested and additional felony charges are pending a review with State’s Attorney.
