Undercover detectives observed Kendra Leann Armold, 27, of Ridge, Md., distribute “Oxycodone” to another person. Suspect Armold was indicted and is currently awaiting arraignment in the Circuit Court.

Armold was charged with possession of drugs on April 25, 2013 but the charges were dropped by St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on June 27, 2013. Armold was represented by two Public Defenders, Michael Morgan and Gerald J. Riviello (at the expense of the taxpayers) and had been arrested by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy M. A. Labanowski. Ironically, while States Attorney Fritz was busy indicting Armold on drug charges on Sept. 10th, on Sept. 24, 2014 Fritz dropped charges of driving while suspended which had been placed against her on July 1, 2014 at 2:15 am by Maryland State Trooper Ditoto. The new distribution charge was placed against Armold by Deputy Labanowski, the same officer who had busted her in 2013.
