Zane Nikia Bell, 18, of Denton, MD was charged with three counts of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, three counts of possession of CDS, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of CDS-common nuisance and one count of removal of a prescription bottle label.
