PHILADELPHIA – Criminal illegal aliens who were ordered removed from the United States by a judge for being here illegally and who pose threats to communities were targeted for removal during a five-day U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Police say as the suspects fled out the rear door, one of the victims, a 22-year-old man of Dumfries, followed and confronted one of the suspects. During the encounter, a struggle ensued and the victim sustained a laceration to his leg before the suspect fled on foot.

The driver who struck Trooper Tittle’s vehicle is identified as Sean Jester, 30, of the 100 block of Cool Spring Road in North East. Jester was charged with driving under the influence, negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to drive slow while passing a stopped emergency vehicle, along with other charges. Jester was driving a white Nissan Pathfinder.
