Judge orders 39 criminal illegal aliens deported

PHILADELPHIA – Criminal illegal aliens who were ordered removed from the United States by a judge for being here illegally and who pose threats to communities were targeted for removal during a five-day U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

DWI Hit Parade: DUI driver left a hit and run wreck; crashed into stopped trooper

The driver who struck Trooper Tittle’s vehicle is identified as Sean Jester, 30, of the 100 block of Cool Spring Road in North East. Jester was charged with driving under the influence, negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to drive slow while passing a stopped emergency vehicle, along with other charges. Jester was driving a white Nissan Pathfinder.

Washington, D.C., pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant charging him with Second Degree Murder while Armed. On April 29, 2010, Beasley was charged with assault in P G County and on June 1, 2010 the charges were dropped by the Prince Georges County States Attorney.
