Police nabbed punk kid who allegedly killed man; now he’s an adult but still charged as a juvie!
(Washington, DC)-Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced an arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of 37 year-old Mohammed Muktar Abduselam of Northeast, DC, which occurred in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, on Monday October 17, 2011, at approximately 8:30 pm.
On Tuesday, December 29, 2015, members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested an adult male, of Southwest, DC, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order charging him with First Degree Felony Murder while Armed. The male was 14 years-old at the time of the offense and has been charged as a juvenile.
