During this fight, police say that Mendez-Cinque had a knife and stabbed the two victims. After the stabbing had occurred Mendez-Cinque fled from the scene.

Fairfax Police Beat / Man shot and left for dead as suspect fled
Annapolis Police report that the local population is attempting to keep up with their killing cousins in Baltimore and P.G. (Pretty Gory) County.
St. Mary’s and Charles County Sheriff’s Office investigators collaborated to determine the same suspects were responsible for both robberies.
The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal shooting stemmed from a robbery attempt during a drug deal.
Traci and Steven Conners both entered into the bathroom and attacked Trooper Horner. While on the ground, fighting off the attack, Trooper Horner was kicked in the head several times by Jacob Conners who was handcuffed.
