Sources tell News4 Senning was hospitalized after the incident, but discharged before police got to him to make an arrest. The victim, sources say, is Audrey Creighton, a circuit court judge.
Court records show Creighton had served as Senning’s public defender in a trespassing case when he was 19.
Creighton filed a protective order against Senning Tuesday, saying he lived with her in her Montgomery County home in the summer of 2013 and for a brief period in early May. Creighton wrote Senning had grabbed her head and yanked her during an argument.

Coast Guard coordinates rescue of 3 people 350 miles offshore by MV Bow Clipper

The Coast Guard coordinated the rescue of three people Thursday who were rescued by good Samaritans after their 41-foot sailboat, the Elusive, was beset by storms in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 350 miles east of Virginia Beach.
Rescued are Larry Monesson, 60, Sean Monesoon, 40, and James Moore, 40.
The father of James Moore contacted Coast Guard 5th District Command Center watchstanders at approximately 1 a.m. Thursday reporting he received a message via satellite phone from his son. The message stated the crew of the Elusive were experiencing high winds, 25-foot ocean swells and engine failure, but were attempting to repair the engine and not requesting assistance at the time.

Anne Arundel County Homicide detectives responded to the scene and conducted several interviews with witnesses. During the interviews, it was learned that an altercation took place between the victim and 44-year-old Joseph Eugene Wright of no fixed address. The altercation took place in the 7400 block of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in the wooded area. During the altercation, Joseph Wright used a stick to strike the victim.

Louisa cops get to keep Maurice Dooms guns as he heads to prison for dealing cocaine

Louisa County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rusty McGuire announced that Maurice Dooms, 41, Gordonsville, was sentenced to four years and six months in prison for cocaine distribution and firearm charges. On December 12, 2012, Dooms sold drugs in another jurisdiction. The Louisa County Narcotics Task Force was tracking the deal and immediately served a search warrant on Dooms’ residence in Gordonsville.

The driver of the red Ford Mustang, Peter Elijah Skorupa, 19, of Cordova, MD was charged with eight traffic violations including driving vehicle in a race/speed contest on highway, reckless driving, aggressive driving, improper passing and other related charges all contributing to an accident.
The driver of the silver Ford Mustang, a seventeen year old male from Easton, MD was also charged with several traffic violations, including driving vehicle in a race/speed contest on highway as well as possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The juvenile was released to a parent and referred to juvenile services. Skorupa was released upon his signature on the citations.
