Murder Suspect Finally in U.S. Custody After Nearly a Decade on the Run

January 22, 2015 – After nearly a decade on the run, murder suspect Eduardo Estrada-Garcia is finally back on U.S. soil to face his charges. The U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team task force took custody of Estrada-Garcia after he was extradited from Mexico.
Police report that a reward of up to $25,000 is available for someone to rat out the killer.
Police say that at about 3:45 pm PG Police patrol officers responded to a call in the 8200 block of Imperial Drive for the report of shooting. When they arrived, the officers found a dead man who had been shot to death.
Frederick Police Arrest Man for Crack Cocaine and Heroin
FREDERICK, MD. Frederick Police reports that they have arrested a man on an open warrant that was in possession of a deadly assortment of drugs.
Police report that on Jan. 22, 2015, officers of the Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Team observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of the 1200 block of Littlebrook Drive, in Frederick City.

PASADENA, MD. — Great neighbors are great to have, as so many folks know. Anne Arundel County Police report that one neighbor on Milburn Circle came through like a champ and helped the police track down and incarcerate a serial burglar.
Police say that on January 21, 2015, at approximately 5:04 p.m., Eastern District Corporal Apuzzio responded to the unit block of Milburn Circle for a report of an air conditioning unit that was stolen from a shed.
The Pirates of General Assembly Plot Plunder While Burglar Works the Day Shift
PASADENA, MD. – Anne Arundel County is not short on criminals at this time of year. First, the nest of pirates convene for their annual convention on top of the hill overlooking Annapolis harbor, where they plot to plunder the wealth of the citizens and then appropriate that booty for themselves and spread it around to their friends. And then there are the common criminals who break into homes and steal while citizens are at work. This is the story of such a case from Anne Arundel County Police.
At 7:13 PM, a male victim drove into the Sheetz gas station parking lot, located on the corner of Great Mills Road and Point Lookout Road, after he saw the police and ambulance (treating the earlier victim). The victim, identified as Maxwell Jason Heyliger, 35, of Lexington Park, was exiting the parking lot of the Sign of the Whale liquor store, located on 21899 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, when approximately 2 rounds struck his vehicle; one of which struck Heyliger in the hand.
Virginia State Police Trooper D. Miller’s investigation of the crash revealed that a 2003 Pierce pumper truck (Henrico Fire Unit) was sitting in the left and center lane with lights activated when it was struck by a southbound 2013 Honda Civic. Two Henrico firefighters that were still in the truck at the time of the crash were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Honda, Brad T. Cartwright, 31, of Fredericksburg, Va., died at the scene; he was not wearing a seatbelt.

Armed Robbery *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On January 16th, detectives from the Robbery Unit have identified the suspect involved in the robbery which was reported at the Quality Inn located at 1109 Horner Rd in Woodbridge… on January 15th. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the suspect, identified as Joseph WILLIAMS.
