The preliminary investigation reveals the striking car was heading northbound on Branch Avenue when it struck the victim. The victim had been walking on the northbound side of Branch Avenue. The driver briefly stopped but then left the scene.
The suspect then fled from the room and began to run through the parking lot of the motel. Police say that the armed thief was then chased by several subjects who had witnessed the incident. The suspect then fired several shots from his gun towards his pursuers; however, none of them were struck as he clearly only knew how to steal a gun, not become proficient with it while firing backwards as he ran. An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina, launched at approximately 4 p.m. The helicopter crew arrived on scene at approximately 4:40 p.m., hoisted the man to the helicopter and took him to Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, North Carolina

BALTIMORE, MD. — Following the National Guard and police officers from three states withdrew from the Crime City of Baltimore, its back to business as usual – thugs shooting and killing with wild abandon. The City of Baltimore has been run by liberal Democrats since 1957 and the Mayor, Chief of Police, States Attorney and City Council are all blacks along with half of the police force. The Mayor has asked the FBI to investigate her handling of police services for the City of Baltimore!
“A large crowd began to form around our location and began to throw objects at police. Bricks, water bottles, bleach bottles, and cups. A signal 13 (officer needs assistance) was dropped on the location and more units responded to help disperse the crowd and help contain the crime scene,” said one officer in the police report.
“Tucker began to scream and carry on as if he was injured and or shot,” said the officer in the report.
Wesley Moore, 25, showed no emotion as Baltimore County Circuit Judge James T. Smith Jr. sentenced him, but the victim’s widow sobbed quietly during the hearing.
“You committed an act like something out of the Wild West, and you didn’t even realize how outrageous it was,” Smith said. “That makes you a very dangerous person.”
The suspect was later located and taken into custody. He has been identified as 25-year-old Devon Darrel Scott of Baltimore. Scott has been charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault. He was released on $25,000 bail.
