Visit Cap’n Larry Jarboe Wavewalk Adventures
With a bit of a chop, the adventurers on the Line Dancer opted to fish from the tour boat, a commercial fishing vessel, and a cooler full of fish were caught. Cap’n Larry kept on the reef and once back to the dock, cleaned and filleted the many fresh fish, Grouper, Snapper and Grunts which were taken to a local restaurant in Key Largo. There, the chef of Shipwrecks prepared the fish in three styles, blackened, fried and grilled. With sides served and a total of eight bucks per person, eating what you catch was separated by only a couple of hours, from reef to plate.
