Police say undercover cops snared hookers while under covers
SALISBURY, MD. With two major roundups of alleged hookers and hookups by cops in Ocean City, Wicomico County Sheriff, Maryland State Police, and Berlin Police Department, it just might be somewhat difficult for practitioners of the oldest profession, that of sex purveyors, to practice their trade.
This report from the Maryland State Police came just one week after another report from Ocean City Police:
On June 7, 2016, troopers assigned to the Maryland State Police, Salisbury Barrack, with the assistance of the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division (Salisbury), Eastern Shore Information Center, Wicomico Bureau of Investigation, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office along with their Community Action Team (CAT) worked in conjunction during an undercover operation to identify individuals engaging in solicitation for sexual acts. As a result of the operation, eight suspects were arrested for prostitution.
Those arrested were identified as follows:

Kevin Scott, 44, Seaford, Delaware
Aaron Russell Gehrt, 23, Frankford, Delaware
Tyvane Depree Bell, 30, Easton, Maryland
Carmen Anthony Dislyvestro, 58, Salisbury, Maryland
Jordan Lee Black, 25, Bishopville, Maryland
Kody Lee Mariner, 18, Salisbury, Maryland
Kaysilana Madison Leatherbury, 22, Salisbury, Maryland
Police say that alll of the suspects were charged with prostitution and taken before a District Court Commissioner for processing.

OCEAN CITY, MD – The Ocean City Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations Baltimore reports that they recently conducted a joint investigation into human trafficking and prostitution in the resort town with assistance from the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations, Maryland State Police and Berlin Police Department.
On the evenings of May 19 and May 20, nine individuals were arrested after detectives conducted an operation at multiple hotels in Ocean City. Detectives also executed search warrants at area hotels resulting in the seizure of $1,850 in U.S. Currency, a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS, heroin, cocaine, suboxone, marijuana, hash oil, two additional prescription stimulants and drug paraphernalia.
