MACHINE GUN BAILEY LANDS ON G-MEN’S LIST!

Caleb Bailey was Sentenced to Over 16 Years in Federal Prison for Illegal Possession of Unregistered Machine Guns, Unregistered Short-Barreled Rifles, and Destructive Devices and for Possession of Child Pornography

Also Admitted Producing Child Pornography Using Hidden Cameras in the Bathroom

Greenbelt, Maryland – U.S. District Judge Paul W. Grimm, on July 25, 2018, sentenced Caleb Andrew Bailey, age 31, of Waldorf, Maryland, to 200 months in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, for illegal possession of unregistered machine guns, unregistered short-barreled rifles, and unregistered destructive devices, and for possession of child pornography. Judge Grimm also ordered that Bailey must register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).

The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Robert K. Hur; Special Agent in Charge Rob Cekada of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Baltimore Field Division; Acting Special Agent in Charge Cardell T. Morant of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); Postal Inspector in Charge Eric Shen of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service – Washington Division; and Charles County Sheriff Troy Berry.

According to Bailey’s plea agreement, on May 5, 2016, law enforcement executed federal search warrants at adjoining properties in Waldorf, Maryland, associated with Bailey. At Bailey’s residence, law enforcement located, among other items, an underground bunker containing machine guns, machine gun manufacturing parts and devices, other firearms, explosives, unregistered short-barreled rifles, and destructive devices; covert recording devices; and child pornography on electronic devices seized inside and outside the residence.  One electronic device was located within the underground bunker.  Other electronic media were removed from Bailey’s bedroom at his residence and from the woods where a minor victim had hidden them at the direction of Bailey.  At his parents’ residence, in Bailey’s bedroom, law enforcement recovered an electronic device that contained Internet searches indicative of child pornography.

During the execution of the search warrant at Bailey’s residence on May 5, 2016, a 17-year-old minor was present.  The minor admitted that Bailey had instructed the minor to remove a laptop, a camera, and an external hard drive from Bailey’s residence and cover them with leaves by a footbridge in the woods behind the residence.  Law enforcement recovered these items.

On May 17, 2016, the Department of Homeland Security Homeland Security Investigations conducted a forensic analysis of Bailey’s electronic devices.  The forensic analysis revealed that Bailey used hidden cameras to surreptitiously record videos of minor males.  In total, Bailey recorded over 100 videos of the victims between March 2014 and January 2016.  The forensic analysis revealed that, in addition to the child pornography that Bailey produced, Bailey possessed other images and videos of child pornography on various electronic devices, including a hard drive located within his bunker, that do not appear to have been produced by him.  These images and videos included depictions of prepubescent minors and depictions of sadistic or masochistic conduct involving minors (bondage). Bailey’s collection of child pornography included more than 280 images and 54 videos depicting children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Trump Delegate May Not Make It to GOP Convention; Sidelined by Explosives & Child Porn Indictment

Greenbelt, Maryland – A federal grand jury indicted GOP Convention Delegate Caleb Andrew Bailey, age 30, of Waldorf, Maryland, on May 18, 2016, on various charges. The results of the Maryland GOP primary election included Caleb Bailey, along with his father, perennial Republican Congressional Candidate Collins Bailey as a Trump delegate.

Trump Delegate from Maryland, Caleb Andrew Bailey charged with producing child porn and possession of a machine gun without a license by Feds.

The 5th Congressional District Republican convention delegates were all Trump: Caleb Bailey, Collins Bailey, and Jim Crawford.

Collins Bailey was elected to the Charles County, Md., School Board and served 16 years as a member.

The indictment does not indicate any involvement by the senior Bailey with his son’s alleged crimes of being a child porn producer or violating firearms laws.

A load of ammo that showed up in the mail in a postal center was revealed when a package ruptured and spilled the contents. Since ‘going postal’ is the province of postal employees, the feds were called to investigate and track down who sent the package, which led to Bailey.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Acting Special Agent in Charge Frank Riehl of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives – Baltimore Field Division; Special Agent in Charge Andre R. Watson of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); Postal Inspector in Charge Maria L. Kelokates of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service – Washington Division; and Charles County Sheriff Troy Berry.

According to the four-count indictment and court documents, on February 18, 2016, postal police and postal inspectors responded to a postal facility in Capital Heights, Maryland, and recovered ammunition and explosives from a package that had ruptured open. ATF was notified by the postal inspectors and responded to evaluate the contents of the package. The contents of the package included 119 rounds of reloaded .50 caliber cartridges with M48A1 incendiary projectiles and 200 rounds of 14.5mm M183A1 spotting projectiles which contain an explosive charge. The package was addressed to an individual in Wisconsin.

According to court documents, on February 25 and March 3, 2016, the U.S. Postal Service customer service received calls from a person who identified himself by a false name in the first call and then identified himself as Caleb Bailey in the second call.  The caller provided the tracking number for the package recovered by ATF and advised that the package had not yet been delivered.  Neither Bailey nor the individual to whom the package was addressed had a federal explosives license to transport the explosives contained in the package.

According to court documents, law enforcement arranged to meet with Bailey at a postal facility on May 5, 2016, for the stated purpose of having Bailey provide information regarding the missing package in person.  Bailey did not appear at the agreed meeting time and place.  That day, law enforcement executed federal search warrants at adjoining properties associated with Bailey, including his residence, and seized a machine gun.  The indictment alleges that Bailey illegally possessed a machine gun on May 5.

The indictment further alleges that from March 2015 to January 2016, Bailey attempted to use and did use a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce child pornography.  The indictment also alleges that Bailey possessed child pornography.

Dirtbag Roundup

Bailey faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for unlawful transport of explosives by a non-licensee and for illegal possession of a machine gun; a mandatory minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison for production and attempted production of child pornography; and a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for possessing child pornography.  A criminal complaint was filed on May 6, 2016, charging Bailey with unlawful transport of explosives. Bailey is detained pending a detention hearing on May 24, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, at which time his initial appearance is also scheduled.

Caleb Bailey, of 14475 Masons Crossing Road in Waldorf, Md., did not return a call asking for comment about his side of the story of his arrest.

Maryland Court records show that Caleb Bailey has had only traffic offenses on his driving record, with one vehicle displaying the vanity plate “SERIOUS.”

All references to him on Charles County GOP Facebook sites have been scrubbed of any mention of his name, and he does not appear as one of the thousands of Facebook friends of his father or other local Republican elected officials and GOP activists. In what appears to have been a concerted effort to scrub his name and image from the internet, Caleb Bailey is nearly a non-person, perhaps a clue that the Trump Campaign may have been involved in the digital disappearance of this embarrassment to the campaign.

Charles County Sheriff’s records included his mugshot along with his arrest for this incident.

Collins Bailey posts daily Bible scripture on his Facebook page and has long been associated with conservative political causes. He helped organized Tea Party protests against the out-of-control deficit spending by the Obama Administration and led a busload of participants to Washington, D. C. protest marches.

Collins Bailey also ran for Congress against Democratic Congressman Steny Hoyer, a leader in the far-left legislative moves that imposed Obamacare on the nation. Bailey spoke at one of the very last times Hoyer has bothered to hold a “Town Hall” meeting to let citizens know how they felt about Obamacare and the far-left agenda. At that Town Hall held in Waldorf, Rep. Hoyer kept the public at bay for over an hour while his panel of “experts” droned on about the benefits of Obamacare.

A campaign brochure of Collins Bailey released when he ran for Congress, stated that he and his wife have four children. Collins Bailey is listed as the president of the Bailey Lumber Company.
