Murdered man was shot dead on purpose, say police
PARKVILLE, MD. — A man shot dead in Parkville was targeted. Court records show a minor drug arrest for pot in 2011 with a Probation before Judgment in District Court for Baltimore County.
Baltimore County Police report that on June 15th at 6:31 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to the 1000 block of Pleasant Oaks Road 21234 for a report of a subject lying next to a building. When officers arrived on the scene, they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the Sinai Trauma Center where he was declared deceased.
Investigators believe that the victim, 29-year-old Bruce Music Wayne of the 1000 block of Pleasant Oaks Road 21234, was targeted and there is no danger to the community. Further details about the investigation are not available at this time.
This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.

Wayne was found guilty of fraud by way of false identification on Feb. 14, 2012 and sentenced to 18 months in jail with all but 2 days suspended. Five other charges of credit card fraud were dropped by the Baltimore City States Attorney.
