Murder on North New Street

DOVER, DEL. — Murder runs the streets in the wee hours of the morning as Dover Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating the shooting death of a 29-year-old man on April 26, 2015. Police say that at approximately 3:54 AM, witnesses reported hearing a single gunshot in the area of the unit block of North New Street.

A short time later, witnesses observed the body of David L. Clark lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body.  There are no further details to be released at this time.
