<p>The Dover Police Department responded to 16 shoplifting calls between Noon on February 12th and Noon on February 19th. Of those 16 shoplifting complaints, one was unfounded, five are still under investigation, one store declined prosecution, and arrests were made/warrants obtained in 9 cases. A total of 10 adults were arrested or are wanted for shoplifting during this period.</p>
