Teen reeking of pot fought deputy during arrest at Parkside High and got a good shot of taser love
Due to the amount of marijuana located, in conjunction with the individual packaging of the marijuana brownies, Brittingham was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute.
PARSONBURG, MD. — According to police, a man terrorized his family with a hatchet, pushed his mother down a flight of stairs and struck his father as he went on a holiday rampage.
During the investigation into the reported incident, the deputy learned that Teaira White, 34, of Salisbury, Md., reportedly assaulted her brother when she grabbed him around the neck.
In this incident it is alleged that Mancia lost control of his vehicle on Pemberton Drive causing it to flip over. Upon the arrival of the deputy to the overturned vehicle, Mancia had left the scene. Approximately two hours later Mancia turned up at PRMC at which point the deputy met with him and determined that Mancia appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
MARDELA SPRINGS, MD. — Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis reports the arrest of two men who managed to smile for the camera when they broke into a home. The advent of inexpensive cameras for use at catching nannies smacking kids or deer walking on trails is also spreading to homes everywhere that burglars like to rob.
The deputy also observed that Walker used his vehicle to help maintain his balance upon exit. The odor along with the physical indicators observed prompted the deputy to begin sobriety testing. Following the tests, the deputy placed Walker under arrest for DUI.
The Sheriff’s Office reports that their investigation revealed that the ATV was being operated by the young boy who attempted to cross the road and pulled out in the path of an oncoming Ford sedan. The boy was critically injured in the collision and was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he later died.
During subsequent processing the deputy learned that Mezick’s driver’s license had been both suspended and revoked by the State of Maryland following three previous convictions in alcohol related driving offenses. Mezick also refused to submit to a breath test during processing.
