Judge ruled that state officials had “established by a preponderance of the evidence that [Kuntze] took oysters located more than 200 feet within a closed or prohibited area.”
Police say that Gaskins had no known address at the time of his ventilation by gunfire which led to his demise
FRUITLAND, MD (December 11, 2014) – Deputy State Fire Marshals have charged Robert Stidham Jr., 42, a convicted sex offender, with first and second-degree arson in connection with a fire in his own home.
The fire occurred at 4058 Skylar Drive, Fruitland, in Wicomico County, on the afternoon of December 1st, 2014. Stidham was identified by the fire investigators as the owner and occupant of the mobile home.
The fire caused an estimated $1,000.00 in damage to the structure. The fire was brought under control by fire crews from the Fruitland, Allen, and Salisbury Sta. #1.
LEONARDTOWN, MD. — St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Capt. Dan Alioto, the chief of the Narco Squad, reports the arrest of Michael Leonard Semiklose, 29, of Lexington Park, was identified as a distributor of heroin. A search and seizure warrant was obtain and executed on his home. Heroin and other evidence were recovered from the home and Semiklose was arrested. Additional charges are pending a State’s Attorney’s Office review.
