Hayward was Suspended and Revoked through the State of Maryland. Hayward admitted to using CDS, specifically LSD, before operating the motor vehicle. The vehicle Hayward was operating was searched and multiple blue packages of suspected Heroin were located. Hayward was placed under arrest.
