The suspect is described as a black male, between 5’8″-5’10”, skinny, and in his early to mid-30’s, possibly driving a light colored (possibly silver) Ford Crown Victoria.

Dover Police say a black male suspect entered the business and pointed a handgun at a store employee and demanded money
Cpl. Mark Hoffman reports that the officer removed Mills and the other subjects from the vehicle and checked under the passenger seat where Mills was seated. Under the seat was a 9mm Glock handgun and .38 Colt revolver, both loaded.
Evidently, the criminal class of Dover must pass around the valuable information that if the cops don’t buy the first phony name you throw out, just toss them another one!
