Upon officer’s arrival, they located the victim, 30-year-old Troy Horton Jr. of the 1700 block of Ruxton Avenue, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim told investigators he was walking in the 1500 block of Traction Street when he heard gunshots and realized he was shot.
When officers arrived they found a 33-year old man who had just been assaulted and robbed by a gang of thugs at the location.
