Baltimore Police Beat / Teen Thug Quanel Randle charged as an adult in brutal beating and robbery of man by gang on E. Baltimore Street

BALTIMORE, MD. Baltimore City Police report that a Baltimore teenager has been charged with the violent assault and robbery of a man which took place on June 19, 2017.
Police say that 16-year old Quanel Randle, of the 2600 block of Kirk Avenue was arrested. Randle is the second suspect arrested in connection with a robbery and assault that occurred on June 9, 2017, in the 300 block of E. Baltimore Street.
During the course of the investigation, and with the assistance of information from members of the community, detectives were able to identify Randle as the second suspect.
Randle has been charged as an adult with robbery, 1st-degree assault, and 2nd-degree assault.
Detectives are still searching for two additional suspects.

On June 9, 2017, at approximately 1:00 pm, officers were called to the intersection of Baltimore Street and Commerce Street for a report of an assault. When officers arrived they found a 33-year old man who had just been assaulted and robbed by a gang of thugs at the location.
The victim reported that two cell phones were taken during the assault.

TWO MORE TEEN THUGS FINGERED FOR GANG BEAT DOWN
Two additional suspects have been arrested in connection with a robbery and assault that occurred in downtown Baltimore.
BALTIMORE CITY, MD. Baltimore Police report that on June 21, 2017, 16-year old DeWayne Lashley and 16-year Steven Chalk, of 603 3 38TH St., Baltimore, Md., were arrested by police. Lashley and Chalk both had open warrants in connection with a robbery and assault that occurred earlier this month in the 300 block of E. Baltimore Street.
When officers arrived, they found a 33-year old man who had just been assaulted and robbed by a group of juveniles at the location.
On June 9, 2017, at approximately 1:00 pm, officers were called to the intersection of Baltimore Street and Commerce Street for a report of an assault. When officers arrived, they found a 33-year old man who had just been assaulted and robbed by a group of juveniles at the location.
During the course of the investigation, and with the assistance of information from members of the community, detectives were able to identify Lashley and Chalk as two of the suspects in this unprovoked attack and robbery.
Lashley and Chalk have been charged as adults with robbery, 1st-degree assault, and 2nd-degree assault.
Two additional suspects have already been arrested in connection with this incident.
Chalk has ten criminal counts pending against him in this case which will have a preliminary hearing on July 6, 2017.
