Corporal Connelly then searched Woodburn and found a smoking device containing suspected marijuana residue. During a search of Woodburn’s vehicle, four (4) firearms were located.

According to court documents, from 2005 to 2007, Verbal personally prepared dozens of false tax returns on a computer at NBT’s location on Fayetteville Street in Durham, N.C. One such return was a 2006 tax return for an NBT client that falsely reported the client had a Schedule C business and a dependent, which Verbal knowingly prepared and electronically filed with the IRS.
Hines was in Circuit Court and as he went to exit, Deputies attempted to detain him. Hines fled the courthouse with several deputies in pursuit. With the assistance of Centreville Police, Hines was taken into custody in between a nearby convenience store and the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Center.
According to the crash report, Siegel told police: “A person he knows as Andrew was operating the vehicle at the time of the accident, and fled the scene on foot.”
He added, “Officer, I’m not trying to get a DWI arrest, take me to the firehouse and let me sleep it off, and I’ll come back later and deal with this.”
The suspect drove up to the woman’s car and began to threaten her. Witnesses reported hearing the man arguing with the woman and then saw him shoot her multiple times. The gunman then turned the weapon on himself.
