Information obtained on scene was Brown, who was working as driver for “Big Daddy Ice Cream” truck, pulled into the court, during the course of his employment, and stopped in the 400 Block of Vermont Court. Brown stepped off the truck and was approached by a black male who shot him at least one time in the chest. As the subject was still sitting in his vehicle, a male suspect, who was standing on the motel balcony, began firing multiple shots towards the car from a gun, striking it numerous times.
