SALISBURY, MD. Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports that on June 5, 2015 at 9:35 AM a deputy arrested Lorenzo Homes, 59 of Laurel, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Holmes failed to appear for a DUI and Driving Revoked case. Holmes was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.

WILLARDS, MD.  Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports that on June 6, 2015, at 1:00 PM a deputy arrested Jeremiah Moore, 34 of Willards, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Moore failed to appear for a traffic case. Moore was detained without bond.

SALISBURY, MD. — Police say that on June 6, 2015 at 2:36 PM a deputy arrested Nad Alexander Jones, 50 of Cambridge, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Jones failed to show for a traffic case. Jones was detained without bond.

John Henry Terry busted over birthday cake bash-up

SALISBURY, MD. – Sheriff Mike Lewis says that on June 6, 2015 at 9:26 PM a deputy responded to a reported altercation at a residence in the 700 block of Meadowwood Drive in Salisbury. Upon arrival, the deputy observed two individuals engaged in a loud verbal altercation that culminated when one of them, John Terry, assaulted the other in full view of the deputy.The deputy learned that the pair was arguing over a birthday cake.

The deputy placed Terry under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Terry on $15,000.00 unsecured bond.

From the ‘should have been arrested the first time department’

SALISBURY, MD. — Police say that a double day of driving without a license ended up with jail for Cheryl Cosner. On 7 June 2015 at 1:12 AM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Cheryl Lynne Cosner on Crooked Oak Drive and discovered that her license and privilege to drive had been suspended by the State of Maryland. The deputy made arrangements for a licensed driver to pick up Cosner and released her upon the issuance of citations.

Only a short while later, at 2:07 AM, the deputy observed that Cosner was again behind the wheel of a vehicle and again the deputy stopped her. This time the deputy placed Cosner under arrest for Driving While Suspended and transported her to the Central Booking Unit. The District Court Commissioner released Cosner on Personal Recognizance.

 

 

HEBRON, MD.  On 8 June 2015 a deputy arrested George Michael Webster 34 of Hebron, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Webster failed to appear for a Driving Without a License case. Webster was detained on a bond of $1,000.00.

On 8 June 2015 a deputy arrested Tyrelle Edwin Moss 25 of Salisbury, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant issued after Moss failed to appear for a Theft and CDS case. Moss was detained on a bond of $20,000.00.
