Rudolf Carrico Jr, advised the court he spoke with the defendant’s wife on Friday, April 28th at which time he learned the defendant would not appear in court. No notification of this information was provided by Carrico prior to the hearing.
Tyrone Darrell Mann, 31, of 7822 Edgewater Ave., Pasadena, Md., a short distance from the shooting scene. He was taken into custody, transported to Eastern District and charged.
Her husband, James W. Harley Jr. a 38-year-old male, has been developed as the suspect.
