WILIMINGTON, DEL. — It was party time at Club Lavish, a splendid club in the Wild West town of DEADWOOD or as they call it in Delaware – Wilmington. Police say that on Feb. 21, 2015 at about 1:30 am, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Union Street, Club Lavish, regarding a disorderly crowd fighting.
Frazier was found to be armed with a HW 38 revolver on his person, as well as 5 grams of packaged marijuana. Frazier was taken into custody without incident. Burgos was found to be in possession of 4.0 grams of crack-cocaine on his person, along with 26 grams of packaged marijuana
Located on defendant Coston incident to arrest were marijuana and heroin. Located on defendant Barrett was an amount of packaged marijuana, and $1800.00 in cash. A further investigation into the vehicle revealed a Mossberg International .22 sub tech handgun, loaded with (13) rounds of ammunition, and an additional (72) .22 caliber rounds of ammunition in the vehicle

PALM BEACH, FLORIDA — The lawyers are going to be happy. No drug dogs are allowed to scan the cash deposits of lawyers, as that would not be sporting. That money will go to good use, as the lawyers pay their staff, buy new cars and new jewelry for their wives. All is good in South Florida.
Thirty-four Florida residents were arrested in a drug trafficking conspiracy. A total of 39 individuals were charged, five individuals remain at large.
When abused, promethazine-codeine cough syrup presents a high risk of fatal overdose due to its effect of depressing the central nervous system, which can slow or stop the heart and lungs. Mixing with alcohol greatly increases this risk. Promethazine-codeine cough syrup has been linked to the overdose deaths of a few prominent musicians.
“Naloxone is very effective and relatively inexpensive ,” says Doyon. “The benefits of allowing bystanders who are properly trained to administer the medication are unmeasurable. Death occurs minutes after a victim stops breathing, and often occurs before first responders arrive at the scene. Naloxone administered by bystanders early can be life-saving.”
Previous studies have shown that the administration of naloxone by bystanders has reversed the effects of an opioid overdose in anywhere from 75 to 100 percent of documented cases.
Police also found evidence of recent heroin use in plain view inside Nichols’ apartment. A depressed syringe was found on top of a desk within an arm’s length of Nichols’ body. A needle mark was on Nichols’ arm. An open plastic bag containing an off-white powder was found on the kitchen counter. The substance was later tested and found to contain heroin. An autopsy confirmed that Nichols had injected heroin and subsequently died as a result of acute heroin intoxication.
