Officers approached the vessel at about 1:30 p.m. to check for fishing activity and smelled a strong odor of burned marijuana and alcohol. Maginnis was charged after taking a field sobriety test.
The initial investigation has determined that the crash occurred this morning, Thursday, April 16, 2015, at approximately 2:19 a.m., as a male subject was operating a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and was traveling in a southbound direction in the northbound lanes of I-95, south of DE Rt. 896, in Newark. The front of the Impala then struck the front of a 2004 Freightliner tractor which was being operated by Francisco E. Corona, 30, of Elizabeth, NJ, and which was traveling in the northbound EZ Pass lanes of the interstate. As a result of the impact, the Chevrolet Impala became engulfed in flames and came to rest on the left shoulder of northbound I-95
FREDERICKSBURG, VA. — Police report that Bijan Bello ran from Fredericksburg Police Officer and spilled his stolen TV’s when he lost control on a curve.
On 4/13/15 at 5:28 pm, Trooper First Class Matthews responded to the Kmart Store in Prince Frederick for a theft with shoplifter in custody. Shaquanda N. Cooke, 23 of Huntingtown, was found with $130.00 in merchandise which she attempting to leave the store without paying for the items.

On 4/6/15 at 3:40 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis responded to a single vehicle accident in the 5100 block of Broomes Island Rd. in Port Republic. A standardized field sobriety test was administered to the driver, Ann M. Chilastri, 46 of Port Republic. Police say that Chilastri failed to complete the test successfully and was arrested for DUI. Investigation revealed that a juvenile in the vehicle had actually been driving during the time of the accident. Both Chilastri and the juvenile were under the influence of CDS taken from another family member earlier in the day
